Good communication never goes out of style. And as companies and people experience more change, more challenges, and more uncertainty, the importance of clear and concise communication grows. Whether explaining, educating, clarifying, or motivating, good communication helps employees stay committed, focused, and inspired – qualities essential in any economic environment.

For nearly 20 years, Elisabeth Bednar, President of Bold Type Communications Inc., has been helping organizations introduce ideas, transform attitudes, simplify processes, create a common language, and put colleagues around the world on the same page.
